DOORDASH
Doordash is a delivery system that allows individuals to pick-up and deliver food on behalf of others. ACCAP partners with Doordash to deliver Senior Boxes to consumers who are unable to visit their local distribution site in person.
Justamere Foundation
A family-sustaining income is the dream of almost every American. But for many, that dream seems like an impossibility when countless obstacles are standing in the way. Many problems might be small but when you stack them one after another, it starts to seem like there’s no end in sight. When that happens, it’s hard to imagine the future looking any different than it does now.
Justamere’s goal is to remove those barriers that are keeping hard working people from being fully self-sufficient. We support programs that are addressing these obstacles, big and small, in a way that opens a path to self-reliance.
Armstrong County
Community Foundation
The Armstrong County Community Foundation, is a public nonprofit corporation that:
·Gives grants, scholarships, and organizational support to address the needs of our community.
· Builds a permanent endowment to help our donors create a legacy through this endowment.
· Promotes informed philanthropy to increase and sustain charitable resources for the region.
· Provides leadership and builds partnerships to identify and solve community issues.
ANR Transport
ANR Transport started in April 2008 managing transportation programs and simultaneously identifying gaps in public transportation. We are a transportation management company; contracting with providers, employers, and agencies to service their unique transportation needs.
Town & Country Transit
Town & Country Transit (TACT) provides fixed route bus service to residents in the greater Kittanning and Ford City areas and shared ride service to all Armstrong County residents.
TACT also provides a Shared Ride service open to all county residents. Shared Ride is advance reservation, door–to–door service for senior citizens 65 years and older, Persons with Disabilities (PwD) ages 18 – 64, and the general public.
