Continuum of Care Permanent Supportive Housing Program (COC PSH)
This program offers rental assistance to individuals who meet HUD’s definition of literally homeless. Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is permanent housing in which housing assistance (e.g., long-term leasing) and supportive services are provided to assist households with at least one member (adult or child) with a documented disability in achieving housing stability.
Continuum of Care Rapid Rehousing Program (COC RRH)
This program offers rental assistance to individuals who meet HUD’s definition of literally homeless. RRH is permanent housing that provides short-term (up to three months) and medium-term (4-24 months) tenant-based rental assistance and supportive services to households experiencing homelessness
Armstrong-Fayette Rapid Re-Housing Program (ARM-FAY RRH)
This program can assist homeless individuals with a dependent in the household. The program can offer up to 12-months tenant based rental assistance. These families must meet HUD guidelines for literally homeless.
Emergency Solution Grant Program (ESG)
This program assists those who are homeless or near homeless. It is designed to assist people to quickly regain stability in a permanent housing situation after experiencing a housing crisis, thus preventing homelessness.
Regional Rapid Re-Housing Program (SWRRRH)
This program offers rental assistance to individuals who meet HUD’s definition of literally homeless. SWRRRH is permanent housing that provides short-term (up to three months) and medium-term (4-24 months) tenant-based rental assistance and supportive services to households experiencing homelessness
